Policies for Daycare & Boarding
To ensure the safety and health of your dog(s), we require all clients to comply with the following policies. Safety is our priority and this environment is not suitable for all dogs. Although we wish we could accept every dog, we only accept dogs that are well socialized, healthy, and friendly to all dogs and people.
All dogs must pass a pre-screening meet & greet before attending daycare or staying overnight. A ½ day of daycare or an overnight may be required before booking a reservation or attending daycare or boarding. Our staff will inform you if other steps are necessary. Meet & greets are by appointment only (these appointments are booked for 2021, please check back in 2022).
Even after your dog has been accepted, behavior changes can occur. We reserve the right to remove your dog from our play groups. If your dog gets into a dog fight, for the safety of all, they will not be allowed back in our social groups.
Although our office is closed for pick-ups/drop-offs and daycare on Major Holiday days, our kennel is still fully staffed to care for your boarding pup. During major holidays we require a 3-night minimum reservation.
Phone Hours: We do our best to answer the phone during our open hours, but being a smaller facility we may be helping another customer or in a new client appointment. Please leave us a voicemail so we can get back to you. Please note we are no longer scheduling meet and greet appointments for 2021. We are staffed lightly in the office on Saturday’s and Sunday’s.
